Coalition Snow builds the gear and the communities that unleash skills and expand experiences. We are a woman-owned and operated ski and snowboard brand based in Truckee, CA.
We were founded in 2014 in response to the industry's go-to strategy of "shrinking and pinking" women’s skis and snowboards. We wanted more.
With decades of dedication to skiing and snowboarding between our founders, we took things into our own hands, partnered with some of the best builders around, and started to design skis and snowboards that over the years have we won awards and graced the Olympics
We also put our values front and center. From the beginning, we showed up, willing to do what others weren’t. For us, there was no place for status quo, no room for hanging back, no time for waiting for an industry to make space for us. In everything we create—from our equipment to Sisu Magazine to Juicy Bits—make a positive impact in the world of snowsports and beyond. And that’s what makes us different.
We knew every move we made had to be fundamentally different—bolder and better, in order to get it done. Our nature is to lead, to make space where there is none, to demand more from ourselves, our leadership, and our competition. In our desire to redefine an industry, we’ve paved our path to success. Coalition Snow—when they zig, we zag.Learn More >

Based out of Jackson Hole, Wyoming, the Give’r team’s mission is to empower you to give it your all - no matter your passion.
When Give’r Co-Founder Bubba Albrecht and a crew of friends traveled more than 2,400 miles to embark on a 7-day kayaking expedition in the wilderness of northern Ontario, Canada, they made custom hats to commemorate the adventure. These hats featured the skyline of the Tetons, where Bubba and friends called home, and the phrase Give’r, a colloquial term used in Ontario. After the trip, people frequently asked about those hats. They wanted to know what Give’r meant and where they could get one for themselves. After dozens of requests, Bubba decided to join forces with friends Carly Platt and Jed Mickle to form Give’r. They celebrated with a launch party in the spring of 2012. Give’r experienced a breakout year in 2016 when it launched its 4-Season Gloves on Kickstarter. Raising more than $200K, word quickly spread about these tough-as-nails, waterproof leather gloves.
Give’r gear has also been worn on every continent, including Antarctica. And it’s found its way to the top of Everest. But more often than not, it joins people on their everyday journey to give life their all, whether studying for college exams, casting flies into cold streams, hanging out with friends around a campfire, or taking the leap into marriage.
While a lot has changed over the years, some things haven’t. The business is still run out of a garage in Jackson, Wyoming (albeit with the help of a larger team), and Bubba still returns to Ontario, Canada, every year with a crew of friends for a trip back to the Give’r roots.Learn More >
#Daretoexplore With Humps Optics
The spirit of Humps Optics was inspired by our love for exploring the world and all its wonders. From mountain peaks to urban jungles, from huge swells to calm lagoons, it was during these adventures that the concept for Humps Optics was born.
We’ve all dealt with pricey sunglasses and goggles which create worry, or cheap sunglasses/goggles which hurt our eyes after any extended use. After intensive research we realized we could do better, we could be better, and that we could offer a better product to our family, friends, and to the rest of the world. So, we set out to create a classic pair of polarized sunglasses and goggles that can keep up with our everchanging lives and at a price we wanted to pay.
Our inspiration has always come from the traditional adventurists who used basic and minimalistic equipment to conquer their goals. We’re not trying to create the latest fashion trend but rather pay tribute to the classics of the past that will last into the future. Our camel logo is a tribute to this lifestyle; boldly exploring – only stopping to refuel, recharge and reflect.
But most importantly, we at Humps believe that the true secret to happiness is helping others which is why WE truly GIVE-R through our One 4 One program. For every pair of sunglasses or goggles we sell we provide a pair of reading glasses to those in need around the world.Learn More >
In 2008, Lems’ creator, Andrew Rademacher, reached his end point searching for shoes that fit the natural shape of the foot. Starting out by dissecting his favorite running shoes and cutting out the extra, unnecessary material, Andrew decided to learn the art and science of shoemaking in his own way. He studied shoe fitting, last construction, and pattern making so that he would be able to design his shoes to fit like no other on the market.
Andrew began to realize that the big shoe brands had it all wrong. Shoes should be built around the natural shape of the human foot, and not the other way around. This meant that a shoe should be widest at the forefoot and toes, while allowing for full flexibility and unrestricted movement.
After three years of research, countless hours of design and dozens of prototypes, Andrew’s unwavering focus finally paid off. In September 2011, Lems released its first product – the Primal. Though the company has come a long way since that original design, Andrew continues to study his art while staying true to his mission of making naturally fitting footwear that allows your feet the freedom to be just as nature intended.Learn More >

Here at monkii we Give'r Wildness in a variety of forms. On the days we cannot get out into the mountains, trails, streams, slopes, or rivers we monkii in solidarity with the worldwide monkii family who is also amidst a dearth of Wildness in their life. We do this because we know the day will soon come when we escape whatever fluorescent-lit multi-story unfortunate building we may find ourselves and once again return to our roots in the great and Wild outdoors. We train for adventure and this training keep our body strong and mind right so that we are able to maximize our time ding what we love.
We are regular 30-somethings with responsibilities, have-tos, bills, and experience the “suck” that life can produce daily. However, this is where the monkii state-of-mind comes into play. When we travel, we don't use the underwhelming hotel gym as an excuse to not exercise. monkiis turn their hotel room into a world-class training facility through creativity and workouts designed for travel. When we get busy, we don't skip workouts.
Instead, monkiis use the 'Lifehacker' section of the monkii App to get in a quick workout because monkiis know that doing something is infinity better than doing nothing. When we stroll our 6-month-old around the suburban neighborhood, we don't actually stroll, we train. monkiis toss in pocket monkii and wear a weight vest to squeeze every drop of possibility from the precious time on their feet. When we go outside, we turn our workout into an adventure. monkiis have been known to climb to mountain tops just so they can have a better view during their monkii session.
We might even include some cross-training by squatting logs or lifting rocks in between monkii exercises. We’re proud to call ourselves monkiis, and hope you will too.Learn More >

At Sego Ski Co. we like to Give’r the Onion. We Give’r the Onion on the ski slope by opening it up and leaning way back whenever we see a mogul field. We Give’r the Onion in our Teton Valley, Idaho factory by building our own award winning skis: from vertically laminating our poplar cores to structuring the bases, beveling the edges, and waxing them up.
We Give’r the Onion on the road by flooring it from ski area to ski area on demo tour in our converted school bus. But most of all we Give’r the Onion through our passion for designing and building the most fun skis on snow and testing them as thoroughly as possible.
Nothing makes us happier than hearing, as we often do, that our skis are someone’s new favorite and that whenever they click in they feel ready to Give’r the Onion with new found confidence.

The word Voormi comes from an obscure corner of mythology based on prehistoric times of endless ice and winter. They were a legendary race of yeti-like beings from somewhere in or around what we now know as the Arctic Circle. These creatures survived comfortably in harsh, cold climates by adapting local resources and exploring the planet’s frozen places.
VOORMI® is based on a similar philosophy - to create a new breed of technical clothing that harnesses the amazing properties of natural wool for backcountry travelers.
In our pursuit to push the performance limits of natural fibers far beyond where they've ever gone before, we certainly hope you’ll join us as we journey beyond the sea of sameness.Learn More >
