Our Guarantee

We are proud to guarantee our products to be free from defects for the useable life of the product. Please check out Our Guarantee for greatest clarity on what this includes and stipulations that may occur.

Exchanges

Branded items are not eligible for an exchange. Please see the Return section below for instructions on how to return branded items.

Give'r accepts exchanges for only unused items purchased directly from give-r.com within 60 days of purchase/order date within the contiguous US. Exchanged items must be in new condition with tags attached. Give'r reserves the right to determine if the product(s) meet this criteria. 

If your products are sent back with tags removed or missing, a 10% retagging fee will be applied and invoiced.

Returns

All items eligible for return. Branded items are only available to return. Once return has been processed, you are welcome to repurchase desired item(s).

If you have received your order as a gift and are interested in returning, we are happy to refund you in the way of store credit. *This applies to all purchases within the 48 contiguous United States.

Customization Fee

If you choose to receive branded initials on your gloves or mittens, in order to meet on middle ground, we ask for a customization fee. This fee helps cover the cost of the new pair of gloves and keeps our lights on and branders hot!

Customization Fee based on Product:

Frontier Mittens = $30.00/pair
4-Season Gloves = $25.00/pair
Classic Gloves = $15.00/pair
Lightweight Gloves = $10.00/pair

For example: Branded Classic Give'r Gloves = $52.00, refund or store credit will be $37.00 ($52.00 - $15.00 Restocking Fee)

Refunds

Refunds/store credits are processed once your return has been received and accepted by Give'r HQ. It may take up to 5 business days to process your refund in-house, and then can take a few additional business days to appear on your card statement.

Refunds are processed to the card used on the original purchase.

Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable unless Give'r is at fault.
