Return + Exchange Policy

We stand by our products and want you to be confident in your decision to give'r.

Give'r guarantees every product we produce. We have carefully selected our line of clothing and merchandise to provide you with the best quality available. If you are not satisfied with our product at the time you receive it, or if the product does not perform to your satisfaction, you may return the product for a replacement or be refunded for your purchase plus an additional 10% of the cost. 

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, and provided the product has not been damaged, washed, altered or worn, we will gladly exchange your product or refund your purchase plus an additional 10%.  (NOTE: Custom branded gloves are an exception to above)

If you choose to receive branded initials on your 4-Season or Classic Gloves and determine afterwards that you need a different size, we will provide an exchange for a $25 fee.  Please email sales@give-r.com with any glove specific exchange inquiries.

To initiate a return or exchange:

1 - Download and complete Return/Exchange form - CLICK HERE!
This can be done electronically or printed out and completed by hand.

2 - Follow steps as detailed on Return/Exchange Form, resulting in USPS shipment to Give'r.

-EXCHANGES: Once your shipment is received, your exchanged item (if in stock) will be shipped to specified return address via USPS within 30 days

-REFUNDS: Once your shipment is received, your refund will be processed within 30 days through one of three channels:

     1) Purchase refunded to credit card through secure channel (most common),
     2) Check mailed via USPS, or
     3) Refunded via Paypal transaction.
