Our team needs someone who can excitedly coordinate, administer, and optimize website pages with a self-starter and go-getter mindset. This person will collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to assist in the development, management, and optimization of Meta, Google, and any additional paid acquisition channels. Responsibilities

• Develop and design engaging newsletters to effectively communicate with our audience alongside support from the Marketing Manager.
• Conceptualize and craft visually appealing web, collection, and alert banners that align with brand playbook and marketing objectives.
• Coordinate, administer, and optimize website pages ensuring high-quality imagery and concise copywriting with support from the Marketing Manager.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to assist in the development, management, and optimization of Meta, Google, and any additional paid acquisition channels.
• Implement data-driven approaches to assess content performance and drive engagement and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with Give’r team members to ensure content consistency and alignment with overall brand strategy.
• Assist in other digital content creation tasks as needed, contributing to the overall success of all digital marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years of in-house or agency design experience
• Adobe Creative Suite knowledge - Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom
• Video editing (Premiere Pro is a plus)
• High level visual skills - spacing and typography, creative hierarchies and layout, attention to detail, etc.
• Ability to design within brand constraints and brand ethos
• Must be highly detailed oriented
• Problem solver / solutions based thinker
• Organized both with data and time management
• Clear and thorough communications
