When will the recipient receive their gift?

• The recipient receives their confirmation email (about 30-seconds after the purchase).
• From here, they will see your recorded video (or message) and proceed to receive their gift!

How do I ensure the product will include branding?

• All gifted gloves and mittens through the gifting feature automatically include the option for branding.
• The recipient will enter their custom personalized branding choice when selecting their gift.
• If you are looking to purchase without branding, please select a gift certificate (not gift these gloves).

What if the recipient does not use the full gifted amount on the code?

• The code the recipient receives is a one-time code.
• If the full total is not redeemed on the first order, the remaining balance will unfortunately be lost.
