Refund policy

We know finding the right fit can sometimes take a try or two. If your Give’r gear isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make the return or exchange process as smooth as possible.

Before You Return
If your gloves or mittens feel snug, we recommend checking out our Glove Care guide and trying the Oven Method before starting a return. Often, that’s all it takes to dial in the perfect fit. Trying the Oven Method will not affect your return eligibility.

The Process
Please have your order number and the email address associated with your purchase ready before starting your return. If you’re missing either, give us a holler and we’ll help track it down.

Step 1 - Visit our Returns Portal to submit your return or exchange request.

Step 2 - Print your return label and drop your package off at your nearest UPS location.

You’ll receive email updates throughout the process. Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Please Note

- Give’r accepts returns for unused items purchased directly from give-r.com within 30 days of the delivery date (USA orders only).

- Your first return label is free. For any additional returns: 

Refunds & Store Credit: Return label costs will be deducted from your selected refund method.

Exchanges: Return shipping costs are collected during the return submission process. Give’r will cover the shipping cost of your replacement item(s).

- Personalized gloves and mittens are eligible for return or exchange with no additional customization fees.

- For EU consumers: to exercise your right of withdrawal, click here: Order Withdrawal. Details included below. 

- We are unable to accept standard returns for orders shipped to international addresses. 

- Final Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

- Any unregistered items included in a return package will not be processed.

- Your return will expire if the item(s) are not sent back within 15 days of submission.


Product Conditions

Returned products must be unused, in like-new condition, and include all original tags. Tag removal is acceptable if the Oven Method was used during the fitting process.

We cannot accept items showing visible wear, odors, damage, or misuse. Give’r reserves the right to determine whether returned products meet these conditions.


Gloves & Mittens

Personalized and non-personalized gloves and mittens are eligible for return or exchange in accordance with the policy above.

If your gloves or mittens feel slightly snug, we strongly recommend trying the Oven Method before initiating a return. Leather naturally forms to your hands over time, and this process can help achieve the intended fit.

Multiple Returns

To help us process your return as quickly as possible, please return items from each order separately. Each return should include only the items associated with that orders return authorization and shipping label.

Returning items from different orders in the same package may result in processing delay


Product Faults

We stand behind the quality of our gear. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please reach out and we’ll work to make it right.

Please note that damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, or heavy wear is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered under our  Limited Guarantee


Gift Returns

Gifted items may be returned for store credit, exchange, or refund to the original payment method.

To begin, select Returning a gift near the bottom of the returns portal.

If you do not have the required information, select Missing buyer’s info?” and our team will help guide you through the process.


International Orders

We are unable to process standard returns for orders shipped outside of the United States.

If you choose to return an international order, all return shipping costs, duties, taxes, and transit risks are the responsibility of the customer.


Store Credit

Store credit is one of the fastest ways to exchange your gear. 

Simply select the Store Credit option during the return process. Once your return is in transit, your store credit code will be emailed automatically.

Please note:

  • Store credit can only be used at give-r.com.
  • For additional returns beyond your first return, applicable return label fees will be deducted from your store credit amount.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size or product, the returned item must be received and inspected before the replacement order is processed.

You’ll receive confirmation emails and tracking updates throughout the process.

Important Notes

  • Instant Exchange allows your replacement item(s) to be processed before the original item is received.
    • A temporary $1 authorization hold will be placed on your card during the exchange process.
    • If there is no movement on your return tracking within 15 days of the return submission date, you will be charged for the replacement product.
  • Personalized and non-personalized gloves and mittens are both eligible for exchange.
  • If your requested exchange item is unavailable, store credit will automatically be issued.

Refunds

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • For additional returns beyond your first return, applicable return label fees will be deducted from your refund amount.

Once processed, refunds typically appear within 1–5 business days depending on your payment provider.

Returned items must be received and inspected before a refund can be issued. If you’d prefer faster access to a replacement item, we recommend selecting Store Credit during the return process.


EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from many contracts within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, click here: https://give-r.myshopify.com/apps/redo/returns-portal/login?withdraw=true

Please note that under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal; the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

We will issue your refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving notification of your cancellation, or, if later, once we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been shipped back to us.

This right applies to all items purchased through our store, with certain exceptions as set forth in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
