I need to change / add something to my order?
We are able to make changes within 1 business day. If you are making a request past this time, we will do our best, but we are unable to guarantee that a change can be made.
If you are requesting a shipping address change to an already shipped order, fees may apply to make this alteration. Please email sales@give-r.com.

Which gloves are fully waterproof?
The 4-Season Gloves, Frontier Mittens, and Children's Mittens all have our waterproof membrane in their construction.
How do I return or exchange an item? What if I received this item as a gift?

Exchanges/Returns must be handled by whomever the product was purchased from. We are unable to accept exchanges/returns from other retailer sources at this time.

Breaking in Give'r Gloves of any style can take some work, but we promise this time and love will give you a final result you'll be stoked on. To expedite the break-in process, try our Oven Method.
