Accidental damage and/or wear and tear from use are not covered under Our Guarantee. Give'r reserves the right to determine if the products meet this criteria.
- A proof of purchase in the form of an order number from give-r.com is required to verify and establish the criteria of Our Guarantee. If the product was not purchased from give-r.com, we are unable to accept exchanges and/or returns.
- Because every person is different, warmth is not covered under our guarantee. Please reference our Return & Exchange Policy for more information.
- Gifted items: Our Guarantee will be adjusted on a case-by-case basis.
If you believe your gloves show a defect that is covered under our guarantee, please email our Customer Experience Team at firstname.lastname@example.org. We ask you to provide a picture of the problem area for greatest clarity of the issue.
