Snow...neige...雪...Nieve...снег...白雪...눈...Tuyết...Schnee...Neve
In every language, the word for snow carries with it a slew of images and associated thoughts. Some cultures see a lot of it, some see it very rarely, but to all the simple change of water from a liquid into a solid is across the board a sight to be seen. Landscapes are transformed as a blanket of white settles from the sky and rests upon everything in sight. A new degree of silence is experienced as one can almost hear the flakes falling from above. Unique activities abound and the opportunity for adventure increases with each flake that falls.
The season of snow is upon us, and we welcome it with open arms.
