2021 Was Kick*ss

To say the least, 2021 was a kick*ss year. Here's some highlights from this past year of Given'r:

man looking over snowy mountains

January: January was all about winter fun. Post-holidays may be our favorite time of year when an epic stream of images and feedback come in from all of the gift recipients! From ice-fishing to dog-sledding to skiing to shoveling endless snow, our community knows best how to “give it your all!”

February: Month number two brought the looooove! Heart branding was the name of the game and boy oh boy did y’all want to share the love.

March: In March we teamed up with High Fives Foundation and a slew of other incredible brands to bring Giverway 2021 to life. Winners walked away with rowdy gear packs and the call from our community was “Run it back next year!” …more to come ;)

Ono Dry Bag

April: Despite having some fun on April Fools day, this month was no joke as we welcomed Spring by launching the Ono Dry Bag to complement our community-favorite Scout Dry Bag.

Mother and child
May: While Jackson was still patchy with snow, the rest of the country had warm days and summer on their minds, so after celebrating Mother’s Day - we love you Moms - we began pulling out our summer gear and did what anyone does to kickstart the fun - visited friends on their goat farm for some cuteness overload.

Solar Hoodie with Bike

June: Halfway through the year, we turned things up a notch. Pops stole the show this month, with our gloves being a go-to gift of choice for the Dads out there. But the fun wasn’t done yet! June was launch time for our three new Solstice Solar Hoodie colors - Heathered Granite Grey, Dusk Violet, and Waterfall White.

Bucket Hat

July: Summers are short in the mountains, so the longer days beckoned our team to let loose in the Tetons. We stayed busy by launching a limited run of Bucket Hats and our new blog, Field Notes and found time to play in the high alpine.

August

August: The dog days are an important time for the Give’r Garage to recalibrate before diving into the Holiday Season. In month eight, we launched our Affiliate Program, grew our team, went fishing with our coworkers, and went back to the drawing board to reimagine what would be our biggest Q4 ever.

Solar Hoodie

September: As the kiddos began returning to school, we were learning all about the Crampon Cowboys and doing so in the utmost comfort in our new Yoggers. Yellow buses and yellow leaves brought to life the Give’r Groutfit in the unmatched duo of the Ol’ Faithful and Yoggers.

October

October: Temperatures began to drop in October and as winter started sneaking its way into the back of our minds, we unabashedly let it do so. Our Limited Edition Breast Cancer Awareness Mittens headlined this month with countless pairs of hands being warmed and $12,000 donated to the Susan G. Komen Foundation in support of their efforts in fighting breast cancer.

Bubba Builds a Fire

November: The penultimate month had the Give’r Garage rockin’! Bubba, Founder and Chief Visionary, taught us a few things about layering and the Give’r elves awoke from their summer slumber to keep up with holiday shopping. Branding irons were HOT as custom-initials of every imaginable combination came through the Garage.

Santa + Elves

December: We wrapped up the year with next level stoke. Team member Cam Fields was featured on Patagonia’s blog Dirtbag Diaries, our community blew us out of the water as we worked hard to wax, brand, and ship unprecedented numbers of 4-Season Gloves, Classic Gloves, and Frontier Mittens, and the jolly man himself was spotted getting early season turns in on Teton Pass!

What a wild ride this past year was! Our gratitude to you all is endless, as none of this could be possible without the support, positivity, and excitement that you all share with our small team. Cheers to you and the fun that lies ahead in 2022!
